My current iPhone theme (18/02/09).
It's actually a combination of Lea theme with AMANA08 theme. I have used most of the features from Lea theme but the icons are from AMANA08.
You will need to have a jailbroken iPhone (search on Google: 'how to jailbreak my iPhone' or something similar), and the app Winterboard which you can find in Cydia after the jailbreak.

Lea: Search for it in Cydia. I haven't found anything else on the net about this theme, even though I think it's one of the best out there!
